prologue...She dropped to the floor, mud streaked across her face, twigs and leaves tangled into her mass of copper hair.

Bruised, cut and bleeding she forced herself on, wincing with the effort of every step. Her feet pounded in time with the rhythm of her heart like the steady beat of a drum. Exhausted; she wanted so badly to stop, but knew that if she did it was all over. She shuddered inwardly. That wall had bought her some time, but not nearly enough. A branch whipped across her face, jolting her back to her task; she had to succeed.

She quickened her pace, bounding over tree roots in a forest that had seemed to appea prologue

ive got some other things im going to put on.... but just started my a levels (ummmm... between secondary school and uni in england if that helps) and times been short =S... lol i love being on here =]
